MJC is an engineering firm founded and led by Mohammed (Jahanzeb) Choudary, a highly experienced professional dedicated to innovative and ethical solutions. With over 12 years in civil engineering design, fire alarm systems, and construction, Jahanzeb brings a multidisciplinary approach to every project.
His leadership is recognized through his role as a Municipal Engineers of New York Board Member (2025) and as an Associate Member of the National Society of Professional Engineers.
Mohammed (Jahanzeb) Choudary's profound expertise spans critical areas:
- Structural Engineering: Specializing in bridge design, analysis, and rehabilitation.
- Fire & Life Safety: Comprehensive fire alarm engineering and suppression systems.
- Construction Oversight: Ensuring quality assurance and meticulous project execution.
Beyond traditional engineering, Jahanzeb integrates advanced Information Technology (including SQL and Microsoft Business Intelligence) to optimize project management. He leverages a wide array of industry-leading software for precision in design and oversight.
Jahanzeb holds significant professional licenses and certifications, including:
- Engineering Credentials EIT: (Oct 2011, currently apprearing for PE), ENV SP, CCM, and, LEED AP.
- Environmental Specializations: NYCDEP- Asbestos Investigator, NYCDEP- Lead Risk Assessor, NYCDEP- Mold Inspector and Remediation Plan, and NYSDOL Asbestos Inspector.
